About the position:

The Warnath Group (WG), LLC is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Program Operations Associate. The Warnath Group designs and delivers training and technical assistance for anti-human trafficking capacity building worldwide. The Program Operations Associate will support these efforts by assisting members of the Warnath Group team, primarily the Director of Operations. This full-time independent contractor position is anticipated to require 40 hours per week. This is a remote-based position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support and undertaking organizational, operational, and logistical tasks as assigned
  • Supporting tasks related to accounting and payroll as assigned, including organization of payment requests, approvals flow, and organizing financial paperwork and recording
  • Assisting with human resources-related activities, including recruitment and onboarding
  • Drafting emails, reports, memos, meeting notes, and other communications
  • Conducting desk-based research on select topics as assigned in English and Spanish
  • Updating, maintaining, and organizing Warnath Group Dropbox files, WG databases, and records
  • Providing support in the development of written guidance, planning activities, and training materials for contractors on various operations practices as directed
  • Coordinating and communicating with the Warnath Group team in arranging activities and work products related to operations
  • Supporting the compliance with Warnath Group policies and standards
  • Performing operational and administrative tasks in support of programmatic priorities, which includes:
    • Serving as an operations contact for certain WG contractors and vendors
    • Scheduling, coordinating, and attending meetings
    • Coordinating travel arrangements
    • Creating travel logistics information packets
    • Other related tasks as assigned
  • Responding promptly to communications from Warnath Group team members regarding all activities and timely production of all deliverables
  • Completing other assignments received, consistent with advancing the work of the projects

Qualifications:

    Required:

    • University degree (minimum B.A.)
    • At least one year of experience in project management, operations, logistics, administration, program implementation, international development, or other relevant field.
    • Openness to learning and desire for professional development
    • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    • Highly effective interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
    • Comfort and proficiency with a variety of technologies, including but not limited to MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Dropbox, DropboxSign, Monday.com, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, WordPress
    • Able to work independently and as a team member

    Strongly Preferred:

    • Professional working proficiency in Spanish
    • Degree in public administration, project management, law, public policy, political science, international affairs, social work, psychology, or other relevant discipline.
    • Experience working with NGOs and/or international organizations or interest in addressing issues related to human trafficking, human rights, child protection, international relations, or other similar issues

     

    Compensation:

    • Compensation for this position will be based on experience.

    • This is currently a fully remote position.
