The first tutorial of the three part series “Interviewing Victims of Human Trafficking: Promising Practices for Law Enforcement and Prosecutors” is now available. Sheila Berman, Warnath Group Senior Advisor on Law and Policy, and former DOJ Prosecutor, presented the series. This tutorial focuses on the many strategies involved in laying the groundwork for an interview- the preparations and setup that form the essential foundations of a successful interview, and building a positive victim rapport.
